MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Tampa Bay Hockey Club (TBHC) is to provide developmentally appropriate hockey instruction in a positive and safe atmosphere with an emphasis on skill development, hard work, dedication to goals, good sportsmanship, and discipline.
VISION STATEMENT
TBHC seeks to accomplish its mission by striving to partner with coaches who provide sound, age- appropriate hockey instruction and serve as educators and good role models for our youth, encouraging each athlete to be the best they can be in hockey and in life. As an organization, we discourage undue emphasis on a team’s wins and losses and/or excessive competitiveness on the part of our coaches. In contrast, we seek to foster the balance of player development and on-ice success.
